For the price I paid, I would think at least one video call would be in order to really get an understanding on both sides. I'm completely new to this type of designing and technology, so it seemed very obscure to me. In the end I have a design, hopefully the next steps will work out.

David did an excellent job designing my sunglasses. I’d previously paid three cheaper designers and all delivered poor results, but David immediately understood the brief and produced high-quality, well-thought-out work that exceeded my expectations. I genuinely couldn’t fault his work and would highly recommend him to anyone who wants it done properly.
