Handled the full cycle of recruitment.Source, screen, validate, offer, and close resources for job requirements. The information on candidates and details of the conversations were kept in the company database (CRM). This information is accessible to the relevant company management. Formatted resumes based on the company template. Setting up and coordinating client interviews and follow ups with the candidates on feedback. Conducted reference and background checks.
