I hold an M.Sc. in Developmental Psychology (University of Punjab) and an Advanced Diploma in Clinical Psychology (NUML), with hands-on experience as a rehabilitation counsellor supporting families through difficult transitions.
Today I work as a life and stress coach, helping people manage anxiety, overwhelm,& worry through practical, judgment-free conversations. I bring the depth of clinical training into a coaching space- just a confidential, compassionate space to think clearly and move forward.

It's been a wonderful experience in planning vocational goals for the patients/clients. After each session, they shared their feedback to move further in progress. I felt overwhelmed by the change I introduced in their lives.
