Their communication solid, overall I can tell that they put some amount of effort in but ultimately they were unable to make any video remotely close to what I was looking for.

I asked them to track lines to footage, it looked mostly correct but with a couple of obvious faults. I gave critiques on what to improve but they just created more mistakes and eventually came back around to the initial mistakes and forced the job as complete without my consent. I paid $60 for footage...
