Saganian has been brilliant! Deeply knowledgeable about HEC-RAS, provided a forensic analysis of the problems with my HEC-RAS model, included some great fixes and has been very communicative throughout. I am keen to continue working with Saganian on further improving my model so have initiated another larger contract.
