As CEO of NexaWorks, I lead the design and delivery of revenue-critical software and automation systems for agencies and B2B businesses. I oversee end-to-end execution across product strategy, client delivery, and internal operations, ensuring every system we build directly supports sales efficiency, lead conversion, and operational scale. My role involves architecting CRM and automation frameworks, defining outbound and inbound sales systems, and guiding teams through the transition from manual, fragmented workflows to structured, scalable operations. I work closely with founders and leadership teams to diagnose revenue leakage, redesign lead handling and sales pipelines, and implement automation that improves response speed, follow-ups, and deal velocity. I’m directly involved in solution architecture, quality control, and high-stakes client engagements, while also managing delivery standards, process documentation, and long-term system scalability across the agency
