Built a 360° Customer Analytics Platform & In-Database Machine Learning infrastructure: Churn Scoring & Real-Time Inference: Trained an attrition model using BigQuery ML (LOGISTIC_REG) and deployed a FastAPI scoring API to target high-risk customers. Customer Segmentation: Structured an In-Database RFM Feature Store and applied K-Means clustering to segment the customer base and optimize marketing targeting. Revenue Forecasting & Executive Dashboard: Built a 30-day predictive revenue model using BigQuery ML (ARIMA_PLUS) and presented KPIs on a Looker Studio dashboard.

Designed and optimized an automated bovine phenotyping system to estimate body weight using 2D computer vision. Fine-tuned YOLOv11 for object detection and adapted the PolypPVT architecture for keypoint-based morphological detection. Achieved 98% AP accuracy on keypoint detection and reduced relative error to RMSE = 13%.
