Almost two years in, across three very different projects, and that variety is exactly what sharpened me. I started on an ADB-funded vocational institute upgradation in Lahore, where donor compliance meant zero room for shortcuts. Quality monitoring, documentation, coordination, all had to be airtight. Then moved to a PKR 100M workshop upgradation where I was managing subcontractors, resources, and site execution from start to finish. Now I'm on the biggest one. A PKR 1.75B Power Plant Facility at Reko Diq Copper-Gold Mine, working alongside Wärtsilä on one of Pakistan's most high-profile industrial developments. Civil works execution, mobilization planning, camp establishment, layout coordination, document control, consultant submissions, client inspections. The full picture. Across all three, I've been the person between the drawings and the ground, making sure what's designed actually gets built right.
