When a cover artist leaves it to you to come up with the color codes for the cover she's working on, you know that you are dealing with someone who is not up to the professional competence that you were expecting. She did multiple revisions and yet handed the cover off to me with a, 'let me know how it goes.' This did not spark the highest confidence!

Saiqa was absolutely fantastic to work with! She formatted both my paperback and hardcover layout beautifully. What I appreciated most was her responsiveness and patience; when Amazon KDP threw a couple of minor dimension errors due to my paper choices, Saiqa stepped in immediately and fixed the files...
