I have joined Entropy-X - a Dubai based IT company as a Talent Acquisition Associate where I am directly reporting to the CEO regarding recruitment and hiring matters. I am engaged with my HR also and when I get details for new openings in Company I use to prepare JDs for each position and make job posts for social media platforms to attract the candidates. LinkedIn is the most suitable social media network i use for hiring purpose I used to draft a message to be shared with the suitable resources by applying Bolean searches on LinkedIn, X-Ray Search, Google search etc. upon receiving the resumes I shortlist the candidates according to the JDs and send to management for review after detailed screening calls with the candidates. From Job Posting to the completion of hiring process I keep myself fully engaged with the candidates and interviewer to align the meetings. Entropy-X is an IT company based in Dubai and the main product SmartSign - a digital signing platform, we are working for our different IT clients and some of them are working for Abu Dhabi Digital Authority - ADDA We outsource software engineers and developers for them and also assist them in hiring onshore staff for Abu Dhabi and Dubai
