I grew up in the gemstone industry, with my family also involved in the gem trade, giving me firsthand familiarity with gemstones from childhood. I am currently developing expertise in gemmology, gemstone identification, heat treatment, and gemstone fashioning. I am also involved in research on gem deposit identification.
