3D design and detailing of cabinetry projects including kitchens, residential interiors, and commercial shop fittings using Mozaik Software for production.  Preparation of shop drawings, manufacturing drawings, and CNC ready files for accurate production.  Material take-offs, cost estimation, and Bill of Materials (BOM) creation for cabinetry-related projects.  Production planning and coordination, ensuring smooth workflow from design through manufacturing to installation.  Advanced CAD design using Autodesk Inventor, Fusion 360, and SketchUp.  CAD/CAM programming with appropriate tool selection for CNC machining operations.  Creation of cut lists with detailed part dimensions, edging specifications, and hardware requirements.  Estimation of material and production costs, preparation of quotations, and ordering materials from local suppliers.  Ensuring all designs and finished work comply with project specifications, regulations, and contract requirements.  Expert-level use of Mozaik CNC software, including development of customized door profiles based on client preferences.  Strong knowledge of cabinet joinery, construction methods, and hardware system.  Following up projects from manufacturing to site installation, resolving production and installation issues efficiently.  Conducting site visits, client meetings, and 3D layout designs based on client requirements and specifications.  Advising clients on design options, materials, finishes, and functionality to achieve the best cabinetry solutions.  Assisting installer’s on-site and ensuring installations follow approved drawings and exact plans.  Designing commercial cabinetry and retail shop fittings, transforming client ideas and concepts into functional, high-quality designs.
