FAQ
What platforms do you support for live streaming?
I support various platforms including Twitch, YouTube, and Facebook Live. If you have another platform in mind, feel free to ask!
Do I need to have any software installed before you start?
Yes, please ensure you have OBS Studio or Streamlabs OBS installed on your computer. If you need help with the installation, I can guide you through the process.
Can you create custom alerts and overlays?
I can set up custom alerts using StreamElements, but I do not design custom alerts or overlays. You will need to provide the graphics or choose from available templates.
How long does the setup process take?
The setup usually takes a few hours, depending on the complexity of your requirements. I aim to deliver within 24-48 hours.
What information do you need from me to start the setup?
I will need access to your streaming platform account, any graphics or overlays you want to use, and details about your preferred settings.
What if I face issues after the setup is complete?
I offer support for any issues related to the initial setup. If you encounter problems, feel free to reach out to me.

Shakil did an exceptional job helping me set up my OBS for recording with VTube. His attention to detail and professionalism exceeded my expectations. Shakil's politeness and proactive communication made the process smooth, especially considering my limited technical knowledge. I was very IMPRESSED with his skills and cooperative nature. Highly recommend! 👏
