Ingénieur certifié en électronique et systèmes embarqués avec plus de 8 ans d’expérience dans la livraison de fichiers Gerbers, BOM et CPL prêts pour l’assemblage chez JLCPCB et PCBWay. Plus de 80 cartes livrées dans les domaines de l’IoT, du contrôle industriel, des capteurs et de l’électronique de puissance, allant de prototypes à 2 couches jusqu’à des designs à 6 couches avec signaux mixtes jusqu’à 100 MHz.
Vous recevez :
- Schémas clairs et annotés
- Disposition PCB avec conformité DFM/DFA/DFT et IPC-2221
- Pack complet pour la fabrication : Gerbers (RS-274X), forage NC, BOM avec numéros de pièces fournisseurs, test de placement contre les DRC de JLCPCB et PCBWay
- Fichiers STEP 3D pour l’intégration dans l’enclosure
- Vérification de l’intégrité du signal, de l’alimentation et de la compatibilité EMI/EMC avant fabrication
Processus : Appel pour définir les besoins, sélection du schéma et des composants, disposition PCB avec placement, revues DRC/ERC, fichiers de fabrication avec liste de contrôle de préparation à la fabrication.
Outils : Altium, KiCad, OrCAD, Eagle, EasyEDA, Proteus. Je peux travailler sur vos fichiers existants ou repartir de zéro.
Pourquoi les clients reviennent : Je conçois pour la fabricabilité dès la première disposition, je documente tout et je reste disponible pour la phase de révision qui suit toujours le premier test de prototype.
