I didn't cancel the order. The freelancer cancelled my order. There was an issue with instructions that were not followed and resulted in our edit being longer than what I wanted, the freelancer requested an upcharge due to the additional length of the video. I felt that my requests was pretty simple and the initial order was for 4 days. They extended the order another 3 days and there was very little creative enhancements to the video outside of my specifications and creative requests.
