Joined Ensorcell Designs & Solutions in November 2019 as the company’s first Flutter Developer, where I helped establish Flutter development within the team and worked on building cross-platform mobile applications for Android and iOS. As the mobile development workload grew, I took on additional responsibilities including project planning, code reviews, task management, mentoring developers, and coordinating application development. I progressed into a Team Lead role and, by the time I left in March 2021, was leading a team of three developers. During my time at Ensorcell, I worked on complete mobile application development cycles, including UI implementation, API and Firebase integrations, authentication, state management, push notifications, bug fixing, performance optimization, and application deployment.
