The first time my friend helped me get in contact with Sam, he worked very quickly. Due to my busy schedule and the deadline for fiverr wanting me to confirm the order, I am still waiting on the edit of an adjusted front and back cover page that was sent to Sam. :( Hopefully, I would receive the second edit by 11am Florida’s time period.

Communication remained responsive, but the final result did not meet professional formatting standards. The project ran about a month late, required an unusually high number of revision rounds, and many corrections introduced new formatting errors while older ones remained unresolved. I ultimately had...

Super pleased with the result of my first book from Sam. While the first delivery was not perfect, he was able to fix everything I pointed out in my revisions even to the last final detail of the book cover's spine design. I appreciate his work and speediness.

Sam did a great job formatting my book for Kindle and Paperback! There were some revisions and he always made sure to listen to my points and work on them. Beforehand, he gave a great consulation, which was very helpful for me as a first time publisher.
