PNG file has no background. It is a transparent background format. So you can upload the same on your website, on your blog etc.
What are Vector/Source files?
Vector files (.ai) or Source file (.psd) are the original files in which logos are designed by which you can edit/resize the logo in future, even after the order has been completed.
What do Unlimited revisions mean?
Unlimited revision is minor changes (such as color changes, font changes) to main theme you have decided on. Change entirely the main theme is not included in unlimited revision, if you want to change the main theme completely, you need to place a new order
