Welcome! I’m a professional editor, beta-reader, story outliner, and author, who has spent the last five years writing, editing, and reading creative fiction. I’ve completed a Masters Degree in Creative Writing and now work at an editorial level. I also led Creative Writing workshops for the Undergraduate students. Due to my history degree, I can offer insight for fantasy and historical fiction writers who wish for an element of historical realism, with a specialism in the Medieval period and the 20th century. My beta readings also include lgbt sensitivity readings, as a bi trans man.

Thank you so much to Sam for reading through my novel. I have been so nervous to have someone read it but also very excited. He made great comments and also provided areas of improvement. The commentary made it clear to me what I need to clarify in the story before I publish it. While some elements in my story he didn't like I feel are set in stone (the cast of 12, the supernatural elements), I will take his other ideas to heart.
