I am currently working as a dedicated Medical Billing and Revenue Cycle Management specialist at Prime Practice Management (MAK), where I handle end-to-end billing workflows with a focus on AR recovery and claim resolution. My responsibilities include managing Accounts Receivable (AR), reducing high-dollar aged claims to low balances through consistent follow-ups, and improving reimbursement cycles. I actively work on Medicaid claims in Washington State, including resolving unpaid and denied claims by identifying root causes and taking corrective actions. I also handle provider-side integration and coordination issues, ensuring smooth claim submissions between EMR/EHR systems and payer portals. My role involves troubleshooting claim rejections, verifying eligibility issues, and maintaining accurate billing data across systems. I am committed to continuous improvement in revenue cycle performance and currently performing active billing operations with full dedication.
