The Gray House Holiday Resort – KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa (2023) Served as Project Architect for an 8,100 sq.ft mountain resort overlooking the Drakensberg range. Designed floor plans, interiors, and exteriors blending modern comfort with traditional lodge character. Delivered ful construction documentation and 3D visualisations in Revit. Luxury Residential Vila Complex – California (2021–2025): Master planned an 80-unit luxury vila community integrating agrarian living, natural pools, and shared recreational facilities. Nature Corridors Through the Desert – Abu Dhabi, UAE (2024–Present): Created conceptual master plan and resort landscape for an 81,000 sq.ft desert resort project inspired by Bedouin heritage. Cazador Farm Lake Views – Georgia, USA (2024): Designed a 5,200 sq.ft modern farmhouse retreat combining regional character with sustainable architecture. Sustainable Farm Resort – Oman (2023–2024): Designed and visualised a 20-hectare sustainable farm resort integrating agriculture, Eco-tourism, and renewable energy. Fernwood Lane Nature Park – Florida, USA (2022): Conceptualised a 28-acre Nature Park retreat integrating sustainable farming and recreation within a lakeside environment. Modern Farmhouse Interior – New Zealand (2024–2025)Created modern interiors for a 6,300 sq.ft farmhouse, blending natural materials with contemporary design for comfort and elegance. Retirement Haven (14200 sqft)– Sorsogon, Philippines (2024) Designed a serene, community-oriented master plan for German-speaking retirees, integrating architecture and landscape to enhance wel being and social living

I was extremely disappointed with both the delivery and the overall process. Communication was difficult, and despite providing detailed instructions upfront, the requirements were not followed in the initial work. If there were any confusion, I would have expected questions or a draft for alignment....
