Do I need my own SFMC instance?
Yes — you'll need an active Salesforce Marketing Cloud account and provide me access (typically a Marketing Cloud user with appropriate permissions).
Can you work in Pardot or HubSpot instead?
My specialty is Salesforce Marketing Cloud. For other platforms, I'd recommend a specialist in those tools.
Do you provide the design/copy?
My focus is development, automation, and strategy. I can work from your existing designs and copy, or recommend a designer/copywriter if needed.
What's your turnaround on rush projects?
