I'm a Fire protection engineer specializing in fire alarm system design and fire sprinkler system drawings, code-compliant, permit-ready, and built for AHJ approval.
I work to NFPA 72, NFPA 13, BS 5839, IBC, and IFC. Every deliverable includes device layouts, zone schedules, panel configurations, hydraulic notes, and riser diagrams — not just a floor plan with circles on it.
Contractors, developers, and facility managers hire me when drawings need to be right the first time. I understand occupancy classifications, hazard groups, coverage spacing rules, and what inspectors actually check.
