Need a simple way to estimate your freelance rate and project price? I will build a clear Excel calculator tailored to the information you provide.
Choose a package for 1, 2, or up to 5 worksheets and up to 5, 8, or 10 formulas. Each file includes editable inputs, automatic totals, clear formatting, and an .xlsx workbook. Standard and Premium add brief instructions; Premium also includes a summary tab. Workbook labels can be in English or Spanish.
To start, send your currency, monthly income target, fixed costs, billable hours, project stages and estimates, direct expenses, and any platform-fee or reserve percentage you want to use. One currency only; no currency conversion. This gig uses Excel formulas only. No VBA/macros, external data connections, buttons, or forms. Do you provide tax advice or currency conversion?
No. The tax reserve is an editable estimate you choose, not tax advice. The workbook uses one currency and does not convert currencies.

What information should I send to get started?
