Onboarding Specialist at Terra, a fintech platform serving multifamily property operators. I design and run the full onboarding experience for new users and internal team members: first-day checklists, week-one plans, role expectations, key resources and FAQ documentation. My job is making sure someone new knows exactly what to do, who to ask and where to find things — without a manager repeating the same explanation five times. What I do day to day: - Build and maintain onboarding documentation and process guides - Map the first 30 days of a role into a clear, sequenced plan - Translate messy internal knowledge into structured, easy-to-follow manuals - Identify where new hires get stuck and fix the process, not just the symptom - Coordinate with HR, operations and team leads to keep materials current This is the same methodology I apply to the onboarding manuals I deliver here on Fiverr: practical, ready to use from day one, and written so any team member can follow it without extra context.
