I run the full online business for Pranay Care, a consumer brand in India. We started e-commerce from zero in 2022; I opened every portal myself. - Grew online sales from Rs 5,000 (2022) to Rs 6 lakh (2023), Rs 4 crore (2024) and Rs 6 crore (2025), almost entirely organic - Manage 1,800+ live listings on Flipkart, Amazon, Meesho, JioMart and Swiggy Instamart - Listings, keyword research, A+ content, pricing and sale-event planning (Big Billion Days, Meesho Maha Sale) - Took the brand live on Swiggy Instamart (Nov 2025); first PO of Rs 3 lakh in Jan 2026 - Built the automations the team uses daily: invoice PDF to Excel, shipping label sorter (hours to 5 minutes), Instamart PO tracker that reads PO mails and schedules deliveries - Prepare the monthly channel-wise P&L for the owner and direct the dispatch and social media work.
