This seller is supposedly a level 3 Xactimate writer? I doubt it. I had to redo 60% of the estimate as she made very elementary mistakes. I provided measurements and she entered completely different numbers, left off a lot of the items I have detailed instructions on, as well as many items a “level 3” certificate holder should catch.

Unfortunately, I had a very poor experience. The freelancer had little communication and repeatedly missed promised delivery times. My order was never completed, causing me to lose a $215K project. I'm very disappointed and waiting for customer support to issue a full refund.
