I lead operational excellence and planning across all SBUs, ensuring performance through KPI monitoring, daily operations reviews, and structured project execution using PDCA and Gantt charts. I develop SOPs, policies, and automate reports using SQL, Google App Script, and n8n. Driving lean initiatives like Kaizen, 5S, TPM, OEE, SMED, and Gemba, I’ve enhanced manufacturing efficiency and developed custom software for TPM & OEE tracking. I manage central planning activities including MRP, CRM, EOQ, sales, production, and maintenance planning. Additionally, I am working on digital transformation by promoting a paperless, cloud-based culture using Google Workspace and SSOT principles. I organize recognition programs, conduct audits, and perform ROI and cost-benefit analyses for continuous improvement. My role also includes KPI setup, budgeting, recruitment, training, and leading new automation initiatives, while supporting communication and branding through design and monthly operational updates.
