• Tested website features end-to-end across sign-up, reading, posting, and discussion flows — evaluating not just functionality but clarity, intuitiveness, and overall user experience. • Identified bugs, broken flows, and unclear UX patterns by thinking from a real user's perspective — going beyond checklists to assess whether the product felt logical and engaging. • Provided structured product feedback combining bug reports with UX insights — flagging confusing interface logic and recommending improvements to user flow design. • Collaborated cross-functionally with developers using annotated screenshots and async notes, improving design-to-dev communication and issue resolution speed.
