I am working as an AVAYA Engineer since last 5+ years and as a freelancer for last 2+ years, I have good hands on experience in troubleshooting on live environment. I am happy to solve some issues when someone give-up, at that point my talent is started to resolve issue in minimum time period without impacting the services.

I think he is an expert on this field but the problem was not solve.
