À propos de moi
Two things I help people with: getting into Rent to Rent and social housing the right way, and winning competency-based interviews.
PROPERTY: I run a housing business supplying temporary and social housing to councils - every property is R2R. Before you spend thousands on a course, get a straight hour with someone actually doing the deals. I have sourced over 45 R2R deals
INTERVIEWS: I've sat on both sides of the table - promoted through competency interviews as a candidate, and years assessing candidates as a panel member across local, central government and a global telecoms company.
