I have 10+ years of experience drafting and reviewing commercial contracts. I've helped every kind of business; from multi national corporations to bootstrapping startups with problems as simple as drafting an NDA to structuring and documenting cross border acquisitions.

What are your English proficiency levels?
I am a native English speaker. I am proficient with both the written and spoken English having studied and spoken the language since pre-primary school. I have an LL.B from Cardiff University in the U.K. Having a U.K. degree should be sufficient to establish my proficiency in English.
Are you qualified to review contracts that are not governed by Indian/UK law?
My firm reviews global contracts every day. These are based out of several jurisdictions around the world. Any contract is eventually dictated by common sense principles that are universal. And most contracts fall within this space.
Why should I choose you over other lawyers on Fiverr?
I am a qualified attorney with an LLB (Hons.) degree from Cardiff University, one of the best law schools in the U.K. I have real world business law experience, having worked with some of the more accomplished law firms in the world. I will turn around a high quality legal document for you.
What if the service I need is not listed in your gigs?
