How do I give you access to my Xero account?
Log into your Xero account. Go to Settings (top right) > Users. Click "Invite a user," enter my email address, and select the appropriate access level (Standard or Adviser). I'll accept the invite and you're all set — no need to share your login details.
Do you need access to my Dext account too?
If you're using Dext for bill processing, yes — I'll need to be added as a user there as well so I can process and extract bills directly. Alternatively, you can forward bills/receipts to me and I'll handle it from there.
Can you catch up on bookkeeping if I'm behind by a few months?
Yes, I can review and catch up on backlogged transactions, bills, and reconciliations. Just let me know roughly how far behind things are so I can recommend the right package.
Is my financial data kept confidential?
Yes, absolutely. Your financial information is handled with strict confidentiality and is never shared with anyone outside of completing your bookkeeping.
