I have been practicing calisthenics and weighted calisthenics for over 5 years, focusing on developing elite upper-body strength through structured training. My approach is based on progressive overload, proper technique, and systematic strength programming, with a strong emphasis on pull-up and dip progression. Through consistent training I achieved a 55 kg weighted pull-up for 5 reps at a bodyweight of 60 kg after 14 months of focused weighted pull-up training. I help clients improve pull-up strength, break plateaus, and build elite upper-body strength through personalized calisthenics programs and progression-based training.
