34 year old creative writer, hoping to Beta read for others and perhaps find a Beta reader for my own stories as well!
I have a Master's degree in Philosophy. University degrees rarely require a lot of creativity, but Philosophy definitely does. Thinking outside the box is the norm for me and I'm not frightened by controversial subjects.
Where many Beta readers will likely get bogged down by the tiny details of your story, I hope to offer you a wider perspective by getting to the heart of things. That being said, I am a perfectionist, capable of pointing out even the smallest mistake.

Excellent review of a difficult project to read. I had the job of writing a project outside of what I normally do. Emile was able to identify several points for me to think about during my re-writing process. I was feeling stuck, but now I feel energized to finish my project. I recommend his services as a beta reader!

He was just unbelievable. He left tons of comments, plucked many spelling/grammar mistakes. He read carefully through my novel and pointed out issues with pacing, character development, world building and more.
