Worked on multiple university and academic engineering projects under Sophisticated Drafting Studio (SDS), including technical support for Formula Bharat 2027 vehicle development activities for Chandigarh University students. Our team is leading the Design and Simulation Team for the project, handling chassis-related CAD development, fabrication-oriented structural design support, technical drafting and production DXF drawing preparation for manufacturing and laser-cutting processes. We developed Formula-style race car chassis concepts with focus on tubular spaceframe structure design, assembly planning, fabrication feasibility and production-oriented engineering workflow. Our work includes complete 3D CAD modeling, welded structure assemblies, bracket positioning, mounting systems and structural layout development using industry-standard CAD software. We also prepare manufacturing-ready technical drawings, production DXF files and fabrication support documentation for chassis and related mechanical components. Along with CAD development, we support design revisions, structural optimization, assembly improvements and manufacturing-focused modifications to improve fabrication accuracy, production efficiency and practical implementation. Our team is experienced in creating exploded assemblies, engineering render visuals, production documentation and automotive design presentations with strong understanding of fabrication methods, manufacturing processes and motorsport-oriented engineering workflow. We focus on delivering accurate engineering models and production-support solutions aligned with real-world automotive manufacturing and Formula Student fabrication requirements.

Our team has experience converting reference images, sketches and sample concepts directly into accurate 3D printable CAD models based on customer requirements and functional applications. We have developed models for both functional and presentation purposes, including prototype parts, industrial components, customized products, display models and expo showcase models. Our workflow includes CAD modeling, STL preparation, design optimization for printing, assembly planning and print-oriented modifications to ensure dimensional accuracy and manufacturability.
