I am a licenced Physical Therapist with experience in athletes training and rehabilitation. Due to the knowledge my profession provides I focus on constructing the muscular bases the body needs to excercise correctly and not getting injured while training. I emphasize on teaching the right techniques for the exercises I prescribe and I am glad to answer any questions about the training of the human body.
