I´m a professional architect with more than 5 years of experience in architecture and interior design. I have participated in hundreds of projects, from retail and commercial interiors to mixed-use megaprojects. I believe in creating simple yet bold and highly detailed interior design, making an impact on the clients life and the customer.
This gig is about creating a retail store design, focusing mostly on commercial interior design. I will provide you not only with a rendered image but also with an actual interior design project.

I'm Sebastian Amtmann, a professional architect with more than 8 year of experience in the architecture and construction industry.
I have studied my architecture degree in Mexico City and my master's degree in advanced architecture projects in Madrid. I have participated in numerous projects, from residential remodeling to mixed-use projects with more than 100,000 square meters of construction.
With experience as project manager and coordinator on Mexico and collaborating with London based architectural firm. I think the knowledge provided by experience adds a lot to my business.

3.- What retail interior design experience do you have?
I am an architect with more than 5 years of experience. I have worked on several architecture firms around the world including my own. I have developed retail stores for local cafes, retail stores , dentist and orthopedic practices.
4.- Does the packages include revisions?
Yes, all the packages include 2 revisions for free. Nevertheless, additional revisions can be negotiated on a case by case basis
5.- What do you need to get started?
When you reach out to me, please include some sketches, reference images, afloorplan with existing dimensions (including height). The more information you can provide the better. This will help us to develop a more accurate project for you.
6.-How is the price calculated?
The price depends on three points: 1.- Size (sqm - sqft) 2.- Complexity 3.- Level of detail (Conceptual, mid or full packages)
7.- Do you make architecture design?

8.- Which type of files will you deliver?
We will provide PDF, JPG, CAD, and RVT Files. (Revit files only available on the full schematic design package)
9.- What other services do you offer?
We offer architectural floor plan design, 3d model design, landscape design, interior design, architectural consulting, bathroom, and kitchen detailing with casework design.
