    Chaylen (@segolamaob) struggled to understand my feedback and revision requests multiple times. They then refused to cancel the order, even after revision request #7, which ultimately lead me to contacting Fiverr support. I do believe Chaylen tried his best, but the quality and attention to detail just wasn't there.
