Before founding Ecom Solz Ltd., I spent over a year working directly with Amazon sellers as a dedicated Virtual Assistant — and honestly, this is where I learned everything that matters. I wasn't reading guides or watching YouTube tutorials. I was inside real Seller Central accounts, managing real money, making real decisions for clients whose businesses depended on getting it right. During this period I worked with sellers in the USA and UK markets across categories including Home & Kitchen, Sports & Outdoors, Beauty, Supplements and Apparel. Every account was different. Every product had its own challenges. That variety taught me how to think fast, adapt quickly and solve problems that no course ever prepares you for.
