I wouldn't use this service again. I felt like there was a strong language barrier and it was difficult to communicate effectively. The provider rated me low and said I didn't understand what I was asking for. I am clear of what I am asking for, but I received short, unclear responses that I didn't understand... Tout afficher

Unfortunately this wasn’t a great experience. There was a clear language barrier throughout the process and many of my questions were not answered, which led to confusion and misunderstanding. I also didn’t appreciate receiving a low rating simply for asking for clarification. Overall, I wouldn’t use this service again.

The work was late and incomplete. We were promised a revision/correction and never received it. The same mistakes were repeated on the 2nd order and may have even hurt our business. They did not reply to our messages. I cancelled our final order.
