    Didn't complete the job fully, I had to go in myself and do his work. He kept telling me to mark his job final on fiverr so it wouldn't affect his ratings promising he'd complete it regardless. Haven't heard from him in 10 days after sending numerous messages. I had other projects and referrals as well lined up.
