I'm currently working as a Lead Animator and Lead Rigger at Terafort, a gaming studio where I play a key role in both the creative and technical pipelines of character development. My responsibilities include leading character animation, rigging, skinning, and character modeling, while ensuring clean topology, proper deformation, and game-ready assets. I am actively involved in art direction and visual quality control, making sure characters meet the required artistic style and technical standards. On the technical side, I handle rig optimization, performance-friendly setups, animation systems, and troubleshooting for smooth integration into Unity and Unreal Engine. I collaborate closely with developers to ensure characters function correctly in gameplay, cinematics, and mobile environments. I also manage and mentor the team by providing clear guidance, constructive feedback, and technical solutions, helping maintain efficient workflows and high-quality output. With a strong focus on keyframe animation, I ensure expressive, believable character performances while meeting production deadlines. At Terafort, I continuously push both artistic quality and technical excellence in game animation and character production.
