À propos de moi
I help businesses save time and scale through intelligent automation — combining AI tools with real IT expertise. I run two automated e-commerce businesses (Etsy print-on-demand and eBay dropshipping), so everything I build is proven in production. My background spans AI automation pipelines, Google Sheets and Excel automation using Gemini and Python, Telegram bots, e-commerce automation across Etsy, eBay and Amazon, and enterprise IT including CCNA, Cisco ASA, Fortigate, Palo Alto, VMware and Active Directory. Based in Reading, UK — working worldwide.

Running self-employed technical and e-commerce projects since 2015, spanning network engineering (CCNA-level infrastructure, enterprise firewalls, Active Directory) and, more recently, building and operating automated e-commerce systems. Currently manage two automated online businesses: a print-on-demand Etsy shop with an automated design-to-listing pipeline, and an eBay dropshipping operation with automated sourcing and inventory sync via API. Also deliver custom automation projects using Excel/Google Sheets combined with AI (Gemini/Claude) for clients needing to streamline repetitive workflows.
