Worked as a full-time Embroidery Digitizer at Rush Promos, converting client logos and artwork into precise, production-ready embroidery files using Wilcom Embroidery Studio. Handled a high volume of orders across logo digitizing, 3D puff embroidery, patches, and cap designs for corporate apparel, promotional merchandise, and uniform branding clients. Digitized over 1000 designs across a wide range of fabrics, including cotton, denim, fleece, and performance wear, while optimizing stitch density, underlay, and pull compensation to reduce thread breaks and fabric puckering. Delivered files in multiple formats, including EMB, DST, and PES, tailored to different embroidery machine brands, and worked closely with the production team to ensure first-run accuracy. Also collaborated with the design team to convert raw artwork and vector files into embroidery-ready formats, consistently meeting tight deadlines for bulk and rush orders without compromising stitch quality.
