At Belmoney, a fintech company, I lead quality assurance for products where accuracy, security, and trust are non-negotiable: money transfers, payments, and financial data. I test end-to-end across web, mobile, and APIs: functional, regression, UI/UX, and edge-case testing of critical flows like transactions, wallets, KYC/onboarding, and payment integrations. I focus on what matters most in fintech: correct calculations and balances, secure and reliable transactions, data integrity, and graceful handling of failures, timeouts, and poor network conditions. My work combines manual and automation testing (Appium, Postman) with clear, structured bug reports: reproduction steps, screenshots/video, severity, and fix suggestions, so developers can act fast. I work closely with developers, product, and design to catch issues early (shift-left) and protect every release before it reaches real users and their money. Key focus areas: Testing high-stakes financial flows: transfers, payments, wallets, and transactions. Security, accuracy, and data-integrity checks across the platform. API testing and validation of third-party payment/financial integrations. Cross-platform testing on web and real mobile devices (iOS & Android). Automated regression to keep frequent releases stable. I joined AlgoAce as a Junior SQA Engineer and grew into the Lead SQA Engineer role, building and leading a QA team of 8 across both internal products and external client projects. As QA Lead, I owned quality end-to-end: defining test strategy, writing test plans and test cases, and running manual and automated testing across functional, regression, UI/UX, API, cross-browser, and mobile. I standardized the team's bug-reporting workflow in JIRA and introduced automation with Playwright, Appium, and Postman to speed up regression and catch defects earlier, then gave the final quality sign-off before each release. On client projects, I was the QA point of contact: understanding requirements, planning test coverage, and delivering clear, severity-prioritized bug reports with reproduction steps and evidence, so every product met the client's quality bar before launch.
