I am a Cold Caller and Appointment-Setting Specialist with over six years of experience in the real estate industry, particularly in cold calling and SMS marketing. As a dedicated real estate cold caller, all I need is a list of prospects, and I’ll handle the rest. OK THIS IS MY HONEST REVIEW ***** I make thousands every month using Shahzad he’s been with me since 2023 and I hope he stay with me longer. His high level work ethic and attention to specifics makes him in my opinion thee best cold caller and texter I have ever seen. Honestly if I give Shahzad any review less than a 5 star I would be shot changing

Out of 50 something leads, I was given two warm leads that said the exact same thing while the seller was on the phone with them. Tell me the likelihood of that happening.
