Google Takeout is an export tool that allows you to download your data for local storage or transfer it to another service and it give you a mbox file.
I am here to help you to recover your mails and import those to your existing or new gmail or outlook email account.

Can you do it on my computer
It is a bit difficult but if you really want me to do it on your computer, yes that is possible. - I need to install two software on your device and you need to grant me the permission to install and uninstall the said two software. - Additional 100$ will be charged for this.
