High-Rise Mixed-Use Development, New Blue Area Islamabad

Designed a mixed-use high-rise development comprising a hotel, apartments, studio apartments, commercial spaces, and retail facilities. • Developed the building form using the Rule of Thumb concept, translating movement, direction, and opposing forces into a dynamic architectural composition. • Conducted site, climate, wind, and view analysis to optimize orientation and maximize views toward the Margalla Hills. • Planned vertical circulation, mixed-use zoning, and multi-level parking within a high-density urban context. • Integrated high-rise structural systems and shear walls to support towers ranging from 320 to 400 feet in height.

Hospitality (Mid Rise Building)

• Conducted urban, contextual, and user-demand analysis to identify hospitality and recreational needs in Abbottabad. • Designed an 80,000 sq.ft. mixed-use hospitality complex featuring luxury accommodation, restaurants, conference facilities, spa, gym, swimming pools, and public amenities. • Developed the architectural concept from the natural contours and mountain rhythms of the Hazara region, integrating landscape-inspired forms into the design. • Created a context-responsive façade inspired by the geometry and texture of local pine cones, reflecting Abbottabad's natural identity. • Planned circulation, open spaces, parking, and recreational facilities to enhance user experience and functionality
