I provide tax preparation services for nonprofit 501(C)organizations to prepare IRS forms 990, 990 EZ, and 990 N. The IRS form 990 is the annual return for non-profit organizations ((501(C)(3)) that want to maintain their tax-exempt status.

Form 990-N

Prepare a form 990-N if the organization's gross receipts are less than or equal to $50,000 

Form 990-EZ

Prepare a form 990-EZ if the organization's gross receipts are less than $200,000 and total assets are less than $500,000.

Form 990

This applies to organizations with gross receipts more than or equal to $200,000 or total assets more than or equal to $500,000

Failure to file the IRS 990 form for three consecutive years will result in the IRS revoking the organization's tax-exempt status.
